IN MEMORIAM.
GIBBS.-In sad-but loving memory of my
dear husband and my dear daddy,
Alexander William Gibbs, who depar-.
ted this life, at Queanbeyan on 24th
January,1922, aged 33 years and nine
months.
Two years ago dear Alick I stood beside
your bed,
My heart was sad and broken to watch you
slowly die.
Your life we tried to save but our trial was
in vain.
God took you from our sight with loving
hands to heaven
Conveyed you to rest forever there.
Friends may think perhaps we have for.
gotten you,
Dear Alick, forget you, no, we never will
They may think perhaps. the wound is
healed,
But oh they cannot see the sorrow deep
within our hearts concealed.
Deeply Mourned.
Inserted by his sorrowing wife and little
daughter Emily and Jean Gibbs.
