| Thomas Alexander McReynolds was born in Edernagh on Jan.5, 1866. He inherited the family farm holdings in Edernagh. On Feb.29, 1892, he married Mary Eliza Steenson and they had a large family listed below. Like his father and grandfather Thomas was active in the Parish Church of Artrea and signed the minutes of the select vestry in 1903 as Thomas McReynolds of Kingsmill. In the 1901 Census, Thomas is listed as a 35-year-old farmer living in Edernagh with his 37-year-old wife Mary E. McReynolds, the children as indicated below, Mary McGregor, a 77-year-old retired widowed farmer (born in County Antrim) who is visiting the house and a 17-year-old, unmarried domestic servant by the name of Mary Ann Vallely. Mary Eliza died on Jan.24, 1924, and Thomas on Oct.25, 1936. |
