Personal Notes:
Robert Humphries worked for the NSW Department of Railways for over 30 years. The family lived at the Bomen Gatekeeper's Cottage from c 1892. Robert had four children (not entered here) to his first wife, Charlotte, who lived with their mother in Goulburn. Sarah had a daughter, Alice Clifford (not entered here) born in 1879 to her first husband, George Clifford. Alice was raised by Robert Humphries and Sarah.
