Death of Mr. C. Mudie It is with deep regret that we record the death of Mr. C. Mudie, which occurred on December 27 after a brief illness. Deceased had lived in Delegate since his boyhood and had many friends here. Some years back he was one of our prominent footballers, and played full-back for the local club. He was only 32 years of age. His wife died a few years ago, and two little girls are left. We offer our sincere sympathy to the bereaved family. The funeral took place on Dec. 28, the remains being laid to rest in the Presbyterian portion of the Delegate cemetery. There was a very large attendance at the fun eral. Rev. W. H. Marshall conducted the service.
