Son of Hugh and Catherine Lewis.
Dr. Ronald Awstun Lewis, who first came to Wagga in 1932 for a six week placement to help the Resident Staff at the District Hospital, but stayed for the rest of his life, dying at the advanced age of 89 years. In 1934, Dr. Lewis went into general practice at The Rock, before joining Doctors Martin and Weedon in practice in Wagga four years later. |
