| Charles and Winifred brought their family from England to settle in Australind, Western Australia. As this settlement failed, Charles, his wife and at least four of his adult children re-settled in Wagga Wagga and nearby districts in the mid-1860s. Charles Harris is listed in Grenville’s Official Post Office Directory and Gazetteer of New South Wales 1875-77 as residing on the Albury Road. |
