Hester Anne Blacker was the daughter of Captain George Blacker and Anne Sloane.1 She married Frederick Ludwig Graf von Stieglitz on 14 April 1859 in a childless marriage.1 She died in January 1899.1
From 14 April 1859, her married name became Baroness von Stieglitz.1 She inherited Carrickblacker, Drumaconwey, County Armagh, Ireland, from her brother Stewart in 1881 for her lifetime.1
