Personal Notes:
According to the Wagga Wagga Daily Advertiser Wednesday 15 May 1878, an accident occurred on Saturday last to a young man named Jacob Dean age 22 at Rosslyn, near Wagga, which unfortunately resulted fatally. It appears the young man was driving a horse attached to a dray, he became entangled between one of the wheels and the side of the dray, crushing both legs.
