Lewis Grant Abrams lived in Wigram Rd Glebe. He established Abrams Brusbes and Broom in John Street Glebe. He managed the Glebe Rugby and Cricket Clubs before Federation. He was a friend of Edmond Barton Australia's first Prime Minister. He was the President of the Glebe Chamber of Commerce.
