| - Notes: Margaret Ellen Hardgrave, known as Rita, did not marry "Marcus Robinson", but Hadrow Marna Robinson, a brother of my grandfather. Hadrow, known to his family in England as Roy, was born in Old Brampton, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, in 1894. He left England for Australia when he was seventeen. His married his first wife, Ethel Blackman, in 1918 and they had three daughters. Ethel died in November 1940 and he married Rita some time the following year. He died in the 1970s. |
