Note 1: Advocate (Burnie, Tas) 29 Apr 1930 VON STIEGLITZ v. VON STIEGLITZ Josephine Margaret Lillias von Steiglitz sought a dissolution of her marriage with Henry Louis von Stieg- litz, on the ground of desertion. The action was undefended. Mr. Tasman Shields appeared for the petitioner. The evidence stated that the parties were married on March 21, 1920, and there was one child. They lived to- gether at Prospect, Ulverstone and Launceston. Petitioner stated that re- spondent deserted her in December, 1927. A decree nisi was granted, petitioner being given the custody of the child.
