The Tumut and Adelong Times 6 Sep 1932 OBITUARY MRS HENRY WILLIAM BRIDLE On Thursday afternoon last Mrs. Mary Ann Bridle, wife of Mr. Henry William Bridle, of Newtown, Tumut, had a seizure which rendered her unconscious, and upon Dr Harbison be ing called in it was seen that the case was a very critical one. She never regained consciousness and expired on Friday morning from cerebral hemorrhage. Deceased was a daughter of the late Benjamin Mantel, and was born at Coolac. She was twice married, her first husband being the late Patrick Reid. Some years ago she married Mr. Henry William Bridle, of West Blowering, and for a time they conducted the Talbingo Ho tel, but in later years they took up their residence at Newtown, Tumut, where she died. A woman of worldly views, she made herself amiable to all who had the pleasure of her ac quaintance, and she passed away revered by all that circle. There was no issue by either marriage.
