PERSONAL
The friends of Mr. Cedric S. Wills, formerly of Geelong, will learn with regret that he died in Springsure, Queensland, on January 23. Mr. Wills was one of the pioneers of the Central District of Queensland. He went there immediately after his father and party of 18 had been murdered by the blacks, on Cullinlaringo, and man aged the property for many years. At the time of his death he was engaged in pastoral pursuits on Minerva, near Springsure.

WILLS : Easter Monday saw the passing of a well-known Springsure district identity in Mrs Colden Wills, aged 63 years, of Minerva. The funeral was held at Minerva on 15th April at 11 a.m. She was survived by her husband, Mr Colden Wills, Minerva, and a family consisting of Mr J. Wills, Lexington, Mr T. B. Wills, Ilfracombe, Mr C. A. Wills and Mrs C. Ireland, Rockhampton, Mrs C. Besch, Wowan, and Mrs A. Lees, Adelaide.

AFTER fourteen clear days from today THOMAS WENTWORTH SPENCER WILLS, of "Minerva Creek," near Springsure, in the State of Queensland, Grazier, and COLDEN SPENCER WILLS, of 'Lexington,' near Springsure, aforesaid, Grazier, two of the lawful sons of the said deceased, the executors appointed by the deceased's Will dated the First day of November, 1923 will apply to the Supreme Court. Rockhampton, for Probate of this Will.
Any person interested who desires to object to the application or to be heard upon it, may file a caveat in the Registry at Rockhampton, at any time before the Grant is made.
