LETTERS OF ADMINSTRATION
The Registrar of the Supreme Court, Mr. .J. R, Gair, has granted letters of administration of the estate of Egbert Spencer Wills, late of Cullin-la-ringo, near .Springsure, as a minor, who died at Cullin-la-ringo, in August, 1888, to Elizabeth Henrietta Wills of Minerva Vale near Springsure, widow, mother of the deceased the realty was sworn at under £76. The papers were lodged by Mr. B. M. Lilley, solicitor for the administratrix. The reason why the application for administration was not made earlier, it was explained in the affidavit of the administratrix, was that it was not intended to use the land belonging to the deceased and that Mrs. Wills was not aware what steps were necessary to secure administration .

PERSONAL
The friends of Mr. Cedric S. Wills, formerly of Geelong, will learn with regret that he died in Springsure, Queensland, on January 23. Mr. Wills was one of the pioneers of the Central District of Queensland. He went there immediately after his father and party of 18 had been murdered by the blacks, on Cullinlaringo, and man aged the property for many years. At the time of his death he was engaged in pastoral pursuits on Minerva, near Springsure.

[deceased], Mary Mrs. Ferguson, Sara [deceased], Berry [Mrs. White, Vic., [Mrs. Ryder], Christie, Maggie (Mrs. Johnson), Nellie (Mrs Brett deceased)m John (deceased), and Charlie Macdonald, at the age of 100 years and 3 months.

LETHBRIDGE.— Mr. George Macdonald, of
"Glendarriwell", Maude, died on 25th inst.,
aged 100 years and 3 month. Deceased was the
oldest Australian native. He was born in Campbelltown, N.S.W.; and came to Victoria
with his wife and six children over 70
years ago. He was a member of a family of ten
children, all of whom reached advanced ages.
Deceased had never lost a tooth, and up to quite
recently had transacted his own business.

AFTER fourteen clear days from today THOMAS WENTWORTH SPENCER WILLS, of "Minerva Creek," near Springsure, in the State of Queensland, Grazier, and GOLDEN SPENCER WILLS, of 'Lexington,' near Springsure, aforesaid, Grazier, two of the lawful sons of the said deceased, the executors appointed by the deceased's Will dated the First day of November, 1923 will apply to the Supreme Court. Rockhampton, for Probate of this Will.
Any person interested who de sires to object to the application or to be heard upon it, may file a caveat in the Registry at Rockhampton, at any time before the Grant is made.
