Sallis, who died at Broken Hill, on the 28th May, 1900.-Inserted by her loving sister, Mrs. W. W. Carter, East Adelaide. The Advertiser (Adelaide) 30 May 1900 PENHALL.—On the 28th May, at Broken Hill, after a painful illness, Ada M., beloved wife of H. Pennall. and youngest daughter of the late Richard and Emma Sallis, of Norwood, in her 34th year

Note 3: The Advertiser (Adelaide) 25 Oct 1928 OBITUARY. Mr. F. Penhall, secretary of the Albert District, Independent Order of Rechabites has received a radio message from the steamer Aorangi stating that his brother, Mr. Harry Penhal died at sea, between Vancouver and Honolulu, on Saturday last. Mr. Pen hall and his wife were returning from a visit to England and America, and although a message was received from Mrs. Penhall a few days previously, announcing his illness at the time of sailing from Vancouver, the news of his death has come as a great shock. Much sympathy is felt for the widow.
