Note 3: Reg No. 17309/1930 SNEDDON at Minmi Minmi cem Alice Maria 20/12/1930 66? yrs w/William Hunter Newcastle Morning Herald and Miners' Advocate - 24 Dec 1930 MRS. A. M. SNEDDON. Mrs. Alice Maria Sneddon, wife of Mr. W. H. Sneddon, who died at her late residence, Church street, Minmi, on Saturday evening, was a native of West Maitlland. She was the youngest daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Richards, of West Maitland. She was married at West Maitland, where she resided for about nine years, and removed to Minmi 34 years ago. She has been in indifferent health for a considerable time. Mrs. Sneddon is survived by her husband and five children Adrian, Lyell, Herbert, Ivy, and Frank and 15 grandchildren. Another son, Private Leslie Sneddon was killed in action at the battle of Messines ridge, in 1917. Mr. Charles F. Richards, of West Maitland, is the only surviving brother.
