Two Men Before Court
TOWNSVILLE. September 13.

'The complainant in this case has received some very serious injuries, and no doubt will hive a large permanent scar on his face," stated Detective Senior Sergeant W. J. Cronau when giving evidence of arest in the case in which Michael Alroy Hendley and Kevin Clive Hendley were diarged with""having un lawfully wounded Howard Keith Ball.
The Witness stated that Ball had a long, deep laceration on the left side of his face extending from above the left eye to and down the left side of the face to the top of the heck, also several puctured wounds.
The case was remanded for one week. Bail, allowed to each defendant was self in £50 with one surety of £50.
