A very pretty wedding was celebrated on Thursday afternoon, 3rd inst., at Christ Church, Hillston, when Miss Florence M. Sutton, (second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Sutton) was married to Mr. Samuel Tym (second son of Mrs. and the late Mr. T. Tym, of Coonamble) The Rev. H. Reiss officiated. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a frock of ivory satin with georgette sleeves and corsage, daintily trimmed with pearls and silver leaves, and carried a shower boquet of lilies, roses, carnation and fern, with satin ribbon streamers; a tulle veil was worn in mob cap fashion, with a wreath of orange blossom. Miss Eva and Ivy Sutton (sisters of the bride) attended her and wore pink net dresses trimmed with satin ribbon and forget-me nots, pink tulle hats, and carried boquets of bebe pink roses and fern. The bridegroom was supported by Mr. L. Ashby, as best man. The present to the bride from the bridegroom was a pearl and diamond necklet, and the bridesmaids received diamond brooches. The bride's present to the bridegroom was a pair of gold sleeve-links. The reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents, where abont 50 guests were entertained. The bride's travelling dress was a tailor-made nigger brown gabardine coat and skirt, trimmed with braid, with hat to tone. Mr. and Mrs. Tym left later, per motor, for Orange, where the honeymoon is to be spent, and then to their future home at Coonamble.— Contributed.

Note 3: SUTTON WILLIAM C 20897/1932 WILLIAM G SARAH HILLSTON Obit Hillston Spectator and Lachlan River Advertiser 3 Nov 1932 Obituary WILLIAM GEORGE SUTTON As briefly announced in last issue, Mr. William George Sutton died sud- denly at the Hillston District Hospital on Thursday last, at 10.30 a.m. Deceased was well known in the district and highly respected, and his sudden demise was a shock to the community. The late Mr. Sutton was born at Raywood, Victoria, and first came to the Hillston district when a boy, tra- velling to and from the southern State for number of years. Even- tually he settled permanently in Hill- ston, some 23 years ago. He was mar- ried in Hillston in the year 1889, and a widow and grown up family of three daughters — Mrs. R. Latham (Pens- hurst), Mrs. S. Tym (''Tyrone," Coo- namble) and Mrs J. Dwyer (Merri- wagga), and two sons — William (Lake Cargelligo) and Thomas (Hillston) are left to mourn their loss. Deceased had been in indifferent health for the past three or four years, but it was not until three weeks prior to his death that anything serious was imminent. Eventually he was taken to the District Hospital, where he was showing sign of improvement right up to the day of his death, and his dis- charge from the institution was anti- cipated. However, he suddenly col- lapsed, and quietly passed to the Great Beyond. Deceased was a builder by trade, and he followed his occupation up to the date of his last illness. The funeral took place on Friday afternoon, the remains being followed from the Church of England (where a short service was held) to the Hill- ston cemetery by a large cortege of sympathetic friends. The funeral services at the Church and graveside were conducted by Rev. W. G. Bennett (Griffith) and the fu- neral arrangements were carried out by Mrs. A. J. Wilson and Sons. To the bereaved family the sym- pathy of the community is extended.

Note 4: SUTTON ELIZA 24035/1952 FERDINAND EVA INVERELL Inverell Times 25 August 1952 OBITUARY MRS. E. SUTTON Mrs. Eliza Sutton, mother of Mrs. J. McD. Dwyer, of Inver- ell, passed away on Saturday morning at the District Hos- pital, aged 80 years. The remains were conveyed to GIen Innes where they were entrained for Sydney for in- terment. Sydney Morning Herald 25 Aug 1952 SUTTON, Eliza.—August 23, 1952, at Inverell, of 22 Flood Street, Clovelly, late of Hillston, beloved mother of Eva (Mrs. R. T. Latham), Florence (Mrs. Tyn, Coonamble), Ivy (Mrs. Dwyer, Inverell), Thomas (Campsie), William and Harriett (deceased), and loving sister of Annie (Mrs. Storrier, Hillston), and William Hertel (Emerald Hill), aged 81 years. At rest.
