Mrs. M. E. BENNETT. We extend our sympathy to Rev. Mansley Bennett, in the death of his wife, Minnie Eleanor, who passed away at a private hospital on the 21st June. The deceased was born at Albury, Western Australia, and besides her husband, leaves a family of four daughters to mourn their loss. The funeral, which was private, took place on Tuesday, the remains being cremated at the Springvale Crematorium. Revs. Norman Smith, W. J. Smith, H. A. Keck and Gordon Williams were the officiating clergymen. Nelson Bros. carried out the funeral arrangements.

BENNETT.-On June 21, Minnie Eleanor, dearly loved wife of Rev. Mansley M. Bennett, 39 Bay road, Sandringham, loving mother of Joyce, Bonnie (Mrs. Bruce Brown), Iris, and Margaret, and loving grandma of Bruce Maxwell. - Happy are the pure in heart, they shall see God.

Road victim dies. after 68 days MELBOURNE.-A young woman died on Saturday after being unconscious since she was involved in a road accident on October 68 days ago. She was Miss Joyce Bennett, chief of staff of the Elsternwick Methodist Ladies' College and daughter of the Rev. Mansley Bennett, of Sandringham. Miss Bennett. who was 36, had been a teacher at the college for 16 years. Miss Bennett was struck by a utility truck in Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn, and suffered injuries to her brain, leg and back. She was operated on three times after the accident. Her companion at the time, Miss Adeline Black' burn, of Caulfield, was fatally injured.
