WEDDING BELLS.

BENNETT-BULLAS.

A marriage which excited a good deal of interest was celebrated in the Male Street Methodist Church, Bright on (Vic), on Tuesday, September 12 the contracting parties being the Rev Mansley M. Bennett (formerly stationed at Ulverstone), third son of Rev. R. Bennett, of Malvern, and Miss Minnie E Bullas, youngest daughter of Rev M Bullas, of Brighton. The beautiful little church was decorated with a taste and skill that left nothing to be desired, and was filled with an audience, many of whom had come from distant parts of Victoria and Tasmania The ceremony was performed by the respective fathers of bride and bride groom The bride was attended by Miss Ethel Bullas, Miss Lilian Bennett and Miss Elsie Leo (the bride's little niece).
The numerous and valuable wedding presents displayed on the platform testified to the esteem in which the bride and bridegroom are held. Amid showers of confetti Rev. and Mrs. Bennett left for Lorne prior to going to their home at Wycheproof.
