RARE LACE
Wedding at St. James's
RARE old lace made a waterfall
effect on the Ivory satin wedding
gown of Miss Judith Spier, third
daughter of Mr. F. H. Spier, of Rose-
vuie, wnose marriage wicn Mr. u.
Harley Antill took place at St. James's
Church last night. She wore a tulle
veil secured with orange blossom, and
carried a bouquet of hyacinths and
orchids.
Miss Marjorie Spier was brides
maid. and wore a frock of cobweb
lace in rainbow tones and a pale grey
crinoline straw hat. Her posy was
of mignonette and dainty purple bells.
Mr. Hugh Crawford attended the
bridegroom, who lives at "Widgery,"
Warren, and is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. C. A. Antill, of Collaroy.
An unusual bouquet of white camel
lias and black leaves tied with black
velvet ribbon was carried by Mrs. A. J.
McLachlan, the bride's cousin, who,
frocked in black velvet, received a
small family party at the Queen's
Club after the ceremony, which was
performed by Rev. W. Hume.
