Obituary
MR. WILLIAM WRIGHT, who died at the residence of his son-in-law, Mr. John Blyton, senior, of Rock Lodge, near Bobundarah, on Wednesday morning, the 30th of September, 1885, after a painful illness of 16 months, at the advanced age of 82 years, was buried on Friday, the 2nd October, in the new cemetery at Bobundarah. There were upwards of 70 or 80 persons present. The late Mr William Wright was a native of Parramatta, a very old and respected resident of Bobundarah and Manaro for upwards of 48 years, and was universally esteemed. He was a brother of the late Mr. Charles Wright, and father of the late Mrs William Kiss, both of Bobundarah. He leaves a widow, one son, a daughter, fifteen grandchildren, and four great grand children to mourn their loss, besides a large circle of friends, who hold his memory in reverence.
