Personal Notes:

The Tumut and Adelong Times 20 Jan 1931 MRS. W. LUFF Died on Wednesday, at lunch time, at her home at Gobarralong, Mrs. Luff, wife of Mr. William Luff, one of the district's pioneers. Born near Murrumburrah, nearly 8O years ago, deceased was a member of the wellknown Lawler family. Over a quarter of a century ago she married Mr. Luff, being his second wife. She leaves a husband and three sisters Mrs. Gravolin (Cootamundra, Mrs. Jas O'Mara (Sydney) and M. J. Lloyd (Jugiong) . The late Mrs. Frewin was also a sister. The funeral took place on Thursday after noon, the remains being Interred in the Coolac Catholic cemetery. Rev. Father Treacy read the burial service.
