Personal Notes:

The Tumut and Adelong Times 16 aug 1927 WEDDING WEBBER— MARZOL On Saturday last, about 11.30 a.m., Laura, the youngest daughter of Mr. J. Webber, of Batlow, was united in holy wedlock to Mr. John Francis Marzol, of Tumut, by Fr. Divine, in the R.C. Church, Batlow. She was given away by her father, and attended by her sister, Mrs. Stan Kirley, as matron of honor. Mr. Maurice Hourigan was the best man. The bride looked very pretty in a dress of cinnamon crepe-de-chene, with black stole and black hat. Mrs. Kirley was gowned in sea-green crepe-de-chene, with hat to match. Although it was a quiet wedding, a good many people were present. The wedding breakfast was partaken of at the bride's fathers residence, and the happy couple left, by car for their little home in Tumut during the afternoon.
