Personal Notes:
In 1848 John emigrated to the colony with his parents and siblings. Traveling as assisted immigrants the family arrived in Port Jackson, Sydney on 12 Feb 1849 on the ship "Walter Morrice".
John married Sarah nee Williams on 8 Mar 1858 in Delegate, NSW. They had 10 (ten), children, Henry, John, Mary Ann, Richard, Thomas, Alice, Elizabeth, Sarah, Kate, and Eleanor Grace.
