Married at Christ church. Amos was described as aged 26, a stockman, free by servitude, in the employ of W. Cox Esq. of 'Negoa' near Muswellbrook. Elizabeth was resident at Invermein, now Scone. Amos signed the register and Elizabeth made her mark.

On the marriage application his name is spelt "Scols". On the marriage certificate his name is spelt 'Cowle'.

Committed to Worcester City Gaol - Amos Scoles, charged with stealing a fur tippet and gown piece from the cart of Mr Joseph Starling, and Ann Curtis for receiving the same knowing them to be stolen.
