The late Mrs. Harries; who had been an invalid for many years, passed away peacefully. She was a native of Bris bane and was a sister of the late Mr. J. C. Kent a former Collector of Customs. She is survived by her three daughters. Mrs. E. F. D'Arcy, New Farm, and Misses Frances E. Harries and H. M. Harries, who made their home with their mother. The funeral, which will be private, will take place this afternoon to the South Brisbane Cemetery. '
