Death of Mr. John Hodgins.
- The death: occurred yesterday at his residence, James-street, Horseshoe Bend, of Mr.John Hodglns, aged 75 years. He was a native of Ireland, coming to Australia at a very early age he settled with his parents in the Maitland district. Deceased was connected with the Government service at Newcastle later and finally settled at Farley, where he was engaged in farming. - He had been ailing for the past four years, and is survived by his wife and brother, Mr. F. Hodglns, who resides at Farley. The funeral left his late residence this afternoon at 3 o'clock for Campbell's- Hill cemetery.
