YOUNG.--The relatives and Friends of Mr. ancd Mrs. W. MORGAN, late GEORGE YOUNG, Mr. and Mrs. J. HORN, Mr. and Mrs. J. ERNSHAW, and FAMILIES are kindly invited to attend the Funeral of their late dearly beloved mother, mother-in-law, grand mother and greatrgrandmother, SARAH J. YOUNG (Nurse), to move from her late residence, No. 10 Elder-street, Lambton, This (Monday) Afternoon, at 3 o'clock, for interment in the No. 2 portion Methodist Cemetery, Sandlgate. Motor funeral. The cortege will walk from residence to corner of Karoola-road and then proceed to Sandgate, per motor. Those desirous of doing so may travel by the ordinary funeral train and meet at the Cemnetery. YOUNG - THe Relatives and Friends of the WHITEHEAD and YOUNG FAMILIES are kindly invited to at tend the Funeral of their late dearly beloved sister, sister-in-law and auntie, SARAH J. YOUNG, to move from her late residence. No. 10 Elder-street, Lamb ton, This (Monday) Afternoon, at 3 o'clock, for interment in the No. 2 portion Newcastle Morning Herald and Miners’ Advocate 3 May 1940 OBITUARY The funeral of Mrs. Sarah Jane Young, of Elder-street, Lambton, took place on Monday. Rev. W. H. Butler conducted the service. Mrs. Young was 73 on the day of her death. She was born in Lambton, where she lived all her life. She was a member of Wallsend Hospital Com- mittee for 22 years, and was made an honorary member some years ago. Mrs. Young was a nurse for many years. Her husband died 18 years ago. Pall-bearers were her four grandsons, Messrs. Frank McCann, James Horn, Les and Bert Earnshaw. She is sur- vived by three daughters, Mrs. W. Mor- gan (Cessnock), Mrs. J Horn (West Wallsend), and Mrs. J. Earnshaw (May- field). There are 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. |
