Mr. Ouseley Byrne, Land Commis sioner at Cloncurry, and Mrs. Byrne arrived In Dalby by car on Wednes day and left for Brisbane this morn ing. Mr. Byrne, who is on nine weeks vacation leave, was formerly an In spector in Dalby for the Agricultural Bank, and took the opportunity whilst here of looking up a number of his old friends. |

The marriage was celebrated in St. Luke's Church of England, Too woomba, on Saturday last, of Mr. Ouseley Byrne of the State Advances to Settlers -Department, Brisbane, and formerly of Dalby, to Sister Haylock, latterly matron of the Charleville Hospital, and formerly sister in the Dalby Hospital. The Rev. Canon . Oakeley was the officiating clergy man. The bridesmaid was Nurse Haylock (Toowoomba), sister of the bride, and the best man was Mr. S. Stephens of Dalby. |
