Personal Notes:
Widespread regret will be felt at the sad news of the loss of one of Cootamundra district natives, Mrs. Florence Hamilton, wife of Mr Robert Hamilton of 'Rosevale’, Illabo. The end; which was fully expected owing to the very serious nature of her illness occurred at 10 o’clock last night.

The deceased was 58 years of age and was the second child of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Roberts of ‘Hillside’ Jindalee, and sister of Mrs. Houston (Willoughby), Mrs. Emanuel (Queensland), 'Mrs. G. B. Black (Cootamundra), Mrs. S. Boxsell. (Illabo), Mrs. Vern. Corby (Cootamundra), and of Messrs. Fred, and Erin Roberts of the Cootamundra district.

Sons and daughters surviving her are Messrs. James. Robert, and Wallace Hamilton (Illabo), Mrs. Cowled, (Bethungra), and Misses Edith and .Joy Hamilton (lllabo). A son (Fred) and daughter (Laurie) predeceased their mother.

Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton had a world tour with the Scottish Delegation and it was hoped that this would build up her health, but after her return she lapsed again. The home at Illabo thus loses one who will be much missed there, whilst the death will be regretted by a host of friends who had enjoyed the hospitality of 'Rosevale.'

The funeral will leave the house at 11.30 tomorrow for the Illabo cemetery.
